Warranty Coverage

All of our NFC Google Review Plaques are covered by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty against manufacturing faults or defects.

If your plaque stops functioning due to a manufacturing issue (for example, NFC malfunction not caused by physical damage), we will replace it free of charge.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A short video or photo showing the fault

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

Due to the customised nature of our products and the logistics involved in programming and dispatch, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

This may include:
• Replacement
• Repair
• Refund (where applicable under law)

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
