How many reviews can I collect with my Google Review Plaque or Business Card?

There is no limit. Your plaque or card can be tapped an unlimited number of times and used to collect as many Google reviews as your customers are willing to leave.


How long does the plaque or card last?

The NFC chip inside your product does not expire. It will continue working as long as the plaque or card is physically intact. There are no subscriptions or ongoing fees.


Can I change the Google review link after purchase?

Yes. If you need to update your Google Business Profile link, simply contact us and we can reprogram the NFC link for you.


Do my customers need a Google account to leave a review?

Yes. Customers must be logged into a Google account to submit a review on Google. The tap simply takes them directly to your review page.


How does it work?

Customers tap their smartphone on the plaque or card. Their phone automatically opens your Google review page, allowing them to leave feedback instantly. No app is required.


Do all phones support NFC?

Most modern smartphones support NFC. iPhones (XR and newer) and most Android devices have NFC enabled by default. Older phones can still scan the QR code (if included).

We are based in Sydney, Australia and ship directly to customers nationwide.


Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide. If you require international shipping, please contact us before ordering.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is free Australia-wide.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.


Warranty & Returns

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Our NFC products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.


What is your refund policy?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

As each plaque or card is programmed to your business profile, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has commenced.
